Shift beyond your busy mind and experience high definition, high voltage living with Cara Bradley, author of “On the Verge: Wake Up, Show Up, and Shine.” A companion to the book, this app will help you become awake and fully alive — on purpose — everyday!

Based on the material from On the Verge, this app is a call to wake up and be fully alive. By learning to shift beyond your busy mind— distraction, drama, doubt, and fear—you arrive, or show up, in this exact moment — on the verge — where you tap into your limitless potential to shine by directly experiencing your natural clarity, vitality, and confidence.

The Verge Practices available in this app are easy-to-use tools to help you get to know your busy mind and shift into the space beyond it, where you glimpse your natural state of clear mind, bright body, and open heart.

The Practices include:

PRIMER PRACTICE:
Primer Practices are great ways to quickly notice where you are and what you’re doing. Try practicing daily to wake up, show up, and feel fully alive on purpose.
Primer Practices are guided mindfulness audio practices to help you settle down, and show up:

• Sky Gazing
• Distracted or Right Here, Right Now
• Remember the View

MEET MY MIND:
Meet My Mind is a beginner meditation practice in which you get to know how your mind works by paying attention to your breath, noticing when your mind has drifted, and gently returning to your breath over and over.
Included are meditation instructions and guided meditation practices to help you become aware when you’re not aware and to train to be aware more often
• Meditation Instructions
• Guided Meditation Practice (short)
• Guided Meditation Practice (long)
• Meditation Timer

BE KIND:
Be Kind is a practical strategy to cultivate gentle friendliness. Remembering to be kind opens your heart and helps you to be more available to yourself and others.
In this guided loving kindness practice you’ll use the following reminders to shift beyond negative self-talk and to slip into the space where you are already clear, bright, and open.
• May I feel safe.
• May I have peace.
• May I be happy.
• May I be at ease.

NOTES TO SELF
Notes to Self is a practice in coaching yourself to show up and be available to experience this moment fully. “Remind,” “ask,” and “intend” are three ways to chat with yourself, three ways to align your actions with how you want to live.
